Ingredients Metric Measurement
Butter 650 g
Icing Sugar 400 g
Salt 2 g
Liquid Milk 320 ml
Vanilla Essence 10 g
Flour 800 g
Baking Powder (Optional) 2 g
Method: Baking Temp & Time:  
1.      Preheat the oven at 180°C.

2.      Beat Butter and Icing Sugar until creamy and fluppy.

3.      Adding salt in the recipe enhance the flavor of the product and Vanilla Essence most pleasant aroma all we like. Beside that we can use other flavor then vanilla as our like.

4.      Gradually add liquid milk, this milk will gives you rich flavor.

5.      mix flour and baking powder with your soft hand  or electronic mixture but in low speed just till uniform mix. Please do not over mix.

6.      Makeup:

Be ready parchment paper lined baking sheet or 16” x 24” Baking Tray and then pipe using star tip or plain tip.

 

1.      Temp: 180°C for First 10 Minutes (to avoid spreading) and then 160°C for further.

2.      Time: 25-35 minutes

3.      Crack one cookie with your hand to check moisture in center of the cookies and keep in oven for couple of minutes if necessary. But keep in mind single minutes of Baking can burn your beautiful cookies.

4.      Cool completely before storing using airtight container.
