A cookie makes me abstract from other cookie makers. Most of the time, we found sweet cookies instead of savory cookies as accompany on tea breaks. The same or almost similar taste discourages us to have these delicious pieces of cake.  Salt cookies soothe us from that monogamy. Salt cookies are the most popular cookies around the world as like sweet cookies.  Less sweetness, saltiness, softness, melt in the mouth quality increases its value and an ultimate choice for umami lovers.

Regionally salt cookie recipe varies. Knowledge, Skills, practice, and demands create the opportunity for Baker to produce this lovely cookie. Besides that using onion seed or nigella Seed in the recipe enhances its texture like black dots and flavor.

The epic feeling of having tea or Coffee with salt cookies is magical, which inspired me to develop a salt cookie recipe with simple ingredients. A couple of experimenting initiative brought this success. Let’s try that recipe
